Shotyard provides users with AI image and video generation tools that create production-ready creative assets using advanced AI models. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Storage Policy: Assets generated through Shotyard (including images, videos, and 3D models) are stored permanently on our platform for your convenience.
Inactive Account Cleanup: If your account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 6 months, Shotyard reserves the right to remove your stored assets to manage storage resources efficiently.
Subscriber Protection: Users with an active paid subscription are exempt from inactive account cleanup, regardless of login frequency.
Prior Notification: For users who have previously held a paid subscription, we will send an email notification approximately 14 days before any scheduled asset removal. Simply logging in to your account will reset the inactivity period.
No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your assets, Shotyard does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important assets to your local device.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. Shotyard reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.
Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize Shotyard and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). The applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Shotyard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any AI model provider whose technology may power this service. All product names, trademarks, and brands of third-party AI model providers referenced or used are the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shotyard shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shotyard, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
