When contacting support, include the email address associated with your Shotyard account and a short description of the issue. For a generation problem, include the Shotyard task ID if it is available. Never send your password, access token, payment-card number, Auth0 secret, or API key.
Open the Shotyard plugin in ChatGPT and follow the sign-in flow. Sign in with the identity associated with your Shotyard account. If ChatGPT reports that the connection expired, disconnect Shotyard in ChatGPT’s plugin or connected-app settings and connect it again.
Remove or disconnect Shotyard from ChatGPT’s plugin or connected-app settings. This prevents future access through that connection. It does not delete your Shotyard account, task history, or generated assets.
Use the account-deletion option in Shotyard account settings. Download any assets you want to keep before deleting your account. If you cannot access the account, email support from the address associated with it.
A generation may not start when the account lacks the required credits, the request does not pass content-safety checks, or a required service is temporarily unavailable. When no task is created, no generation credits are charged.
If an accepted generation later fails, the applicable generation credits are returned according to Shotyard’s task-processing rules. Contact support with the task ID if the balance does not update after the task reaches a failed state.
For access, deletion, or other privacy requests, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. To report generated content or suspected misuse, include the relevant task or asset URL and explain the concern without attaching sensitive personal information.
